1. Overview of CO-Week Academy

  a. Event Name: 4th CO-Week Academy

  b. Period: June 30(Mon) - July 4 (Fri), 2025 (5 days)

  c. Venue: Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort

  d. Eligibility: Undergraduate Students, both domestic and international

   ※ Priority will be given to students enrolled in the summer seasonal course "혁신융합세미나"

  e. Description: A pop-up campus offering 132 lectures across 18 cutting-edge fields

 

2. Benefitst for CO-Week Academy Participants

  a. Accommodation, meals, transportation will be provided

   ※ Accommodation & Meals: Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort (Meal vouchers provided)

   ※ Transportation: KTX fare reimbursed after the event

  b. Welcome kit will be provided

   ※ (Includes a string bag, sun umbrella, sports towel, picnic chair, group T-shirt, etc.)

  c. Certificate of Completion for CO-Week Academy

  d. Academic credit (1 credit) for Summer Seasonal Course (Innovation Convergence Seminar)

   ※ Students who receive a “P” grade in the course will have their tuition (KRW 100,000) reimbursed

   ※ Scholarships for excellent participation will be awarded based on evaluation (KRW 100,000 / 200,000 / 300,000)

   ※ Scholarship application methods will be separately announced to students enrolled in the seminar

 

3. Participation Guidelines

  a. Application for CO-Week Academy

    - Application Period: May 14 (Wed) – May 22 (Thu), 2025, 17:00 /  first-come, first-served

    ※ Additional recruitment from May 26–29 

    - How to Apply: Via Google Form (Click)

    - An account for the CO-Week Academy website will be created for those who complete the application (used for lecture registration)

    - Students enrolled in the Innovation Convergence Seminar do not need to register separately for the seasonal course (but must pay tuition)

  b. CO-Week Academy Lecture Registration

    - Registration Period: June 2 (Mon) – June 5 (Thu), 2025

    - How to apply: Register via the CO-Week website (academy.cossnet.com) – first-come, first-served

    - Modification Period: June 9 (Mon) – June 12 (Fri), 2025

  c. Registration for Summer Seasonal Course at Kookmin University

    - Registration Method: Will be announced separately to enrolled students

    - Tuition: KRW 90,000 (1 credit)

  d. Academic Credit Requirements for Summer Seasonal Course

    - Must have paid tuition for Innovation Convergence Seminar

    - Must complete at least 15 hours, including attendance at the entrance and completion ceremonies

    ※  Each of the entrance ceremony, completion ceremony, and thematic lectures counts as 1.5 hours

    - Must take lectures from at least two different cutting-edge fields, including Future Automotive

    - Must submit a final report after completing the lectures
